it doesn't make sense as PAN was 150 . 30% of girls from just 1 school??
if 4or5 girls from Burlington, then it looks more reasonable.
Please bear in mind, there are 381 pupils in 7~11.
it means 76 pupils per year group. assuming half of them are girls ( 38 )

How can 45 girls(more than it should be) get offer ?? :)

4 or 5 sounds infinitely more likely than 45. As a comparison, 5 children in total have places this year at the two Tiffin schools from my local two-form entry primary school.

That would be a miracle.........

These days, the best one could expect is 3-5 girls, occasionally some schools send upto 8; looking at last few years profile, I don't think that any school has send more than 8 girls in a year since 2011. Would love to know if there really are schools sending more girls or boys to Tiffins.

Some tuition centres make wild claims. Is the teacher from one of these?

"4 to 5" sounds like "45"

Perhaps the work of Lady Mondegreen?
