Music Scolarships

Would be interested to hear experiences of parents of children who have gained music scholarships (or tried and failed!) at London independents, especially:

Highgate
Habs boys
City
Mill Hill

Interested in level of achievment required, stress involved in auditioning etc, and amount awarded.

No personal experience I'm afraid, but I do remember that, when we looked at Colfe's (independent school in SE London) last month, the Head said you would need to be about Level 4 to get a music scholarship.
