Appeal request during year
Hi all
Is there the possibility to have another appeal heard during year 7 if there has been a change in circumstances? Already had an on time appeal not upheld but there is likely to be some changes in the new academic year. Do we contact the school, appeal panel or the governors? And is this different to an in year application?
Regards

Re: Appeal request during year
It is entirely at the discretion of the admission authority whether or not to allow a fresh appeal on the basis that there is significant new information that was not - and could not have been - available at the original hearing.
You would need to contact the admission authority with the new information, and ask for their view.
If a fresh appeal were to be granted, the format would be more or less the same as before, although a group hearing for stage one is unlikely (not sure if you had one of these last time).
