12+ appeal Bucks school evidence

Hi, have submitted evidence for appeal, focusing on the "positives" (aptitude, distance from school etc). Am having last minute panic that we will lose our very high waiting list place to someone who argues more vociferously! We have just been told by existing school that they cannot issue our daughter with higher targets than those centrally agreed for Year 7, even though she entered with those grades and according to her report is achieving those grades. Should we take this info to appeal?

I would have thought an appeal panel is going to be more interested in recent progress and current 'working at' levels.

Thanks, the problem is that the school hasn't supplied us with "working at" information, only the same grade for target, previous attainment and current attainment. We're now trying to get a meeting with the school to establish what is actually happening.
