Sale Grammar - how did it go?

Starting a thread on how the CEM test went. Please do not give specific details which May advantage those who are taking the test at a later date.

With this being a new format I'd be interested to know how the level of difficulty was perceived by children, especially in comparison to Alty!

Won't catch up with my son until tonite as I did the drop off at the exams and another parent is doing the collecting

He seemed fairly relaxed about it all and wasn't fazed by Alty on Saturday, so we'll see what the mood is like later on

Seemed to be less children/parents around this morning compared to the weekend but I believe there are additional "sittings"

Text from the collecting parent at lunchtime which implied that they all found it harder than Alty, perhaps down to the different style of paper or being unable to practise like for like questions

DS's response.......not necessarily harder than Alty boys, but didn't have enough time to complete the questions in many of the sections. The English related questions were very very challenging to complete in the given time. Oh we'll, it's a waiting game now and I know the children did their best.
