Appeals against a change in the admissions code

How long do appeals take? If a parent was to launch an appeal against a change in the code for entry Sept 2015 when would they expect to get an answer? Before CAF at end of October? Thanks DG

Do you mean a change in a school's admission arrangements, rather than a change in the Admissions Code?

If this relates to a school admission appeal, then normally, in order to appeal, you have to have applied and been formally refused, which means waiting until March (if this is a routine application for year 7 entry in September).
