Appeals against a change in the admissions code
How long do appeals take? If a parent was to launch an appeal against a change in the code for entry Sept 2015 when would they expect to get an answer? Before CAF at end of October? Thanks DG

Not sure if I've understood correctly.
Do you mean a change in a school's admission arrangements, rather than a change in the Admissions Code?....... a change in the code for entry Sept 2015
Are you referring to 'objections' to the Adjudicator?Daogroupie wrote:How long do appeals take?

DG, I've sent you a PM.
Re: Appeals against a change in the admissions code
If this relates to a school admission appeal, then normally, in order to appeal, you have to have applied and been formally refused, which means waiting until March (if this is a routine application for year 7 entry in September).
