QE Exam Details & Format
Ok, been preparing for the Suttons, but decided on QE as well.
Been trying to find out the actual breakdown of both QE papers; tried to search posts but so far didn't find it. As per QE's info ;
"Each candidate will sit two test papers in a single session.
Both tests will be in a multiple choice format, one containing questions on English, and the other containing questions on Mathematics.
1. Anyone could advice exactly how many questions for each paper?
2. I suppose the topics are all the topic as in the Suttons, but anyone knows the exact topics / syllabus for each paper?
I'm pretty sure DG knows!
Thanks.

Thanks VH73,
Scrolled all the way back on the threads here, not much on the topics themselves, unless I missed them.

I can find out or someone else can post before I find out! The papers are GL and they follow exactly the same format as the GL papers you can buy, especially the English. The comprehension section followed by the find the mistakes section and then the cloze passage. You should redo those sections until you have them off to a T. DG

Az far as I know they start with Maths.

Thanks DG and VH73!
Yes, been doing all the GL papers again. Still making mistakes, ahh.. nervous.
Are the candidates allocated specific seats? I heard Tiffin Boys don't allocate specific seat but Sutton SET did last year.

Yes, all the exams around here are allocated seats. I can only imagine the mayhem if it was a free for all and everyone was fighting for the same seats! DG
