Why is the Forum split like this??

Why is there a new split which makes no geographical sense....eg HBS is more south west than St M's etc? Surely it's better to keep them together as parents apply to schools across the whole area.

It was better before - one place to check for all schools in the area but now we need to check both!

HBS and St Michael's are both in north London, so they will now belong in the other section.

I assume the 'South West' is meant to refer to South West Herts only, ie, schools in the SW consortium & other local non-selective schools in this area.

I think that overall it makes sense, as this is such an active part of the forum :D even though there will be inevitable occasional overlaps. And although of course you get a few children from out here travelling to what I think of as London schools, most don't.

Perhaps the mods should go even further and give QEB a section of its own?!

There are many parents in SW Herts now interested in QE. Whose idea was it to split forum?

If you are interest in qe you can seek info. There is already a grouping for it at top sticky.
Also if live in london and want to apply to other peoples areas and consider long commutes then small effort to look in those other areas forum discussions.
