Phrase or complete sentence???? I felt this might be a trick one...

Okay, have done some research to confirm what I thought, and now know it is a sentence! The verb is the most important part of a sentence (essential in fact) whereas the subject may be left out. For example in imperitives such as HURRY! or COME ON !
