Try to pinpoint the crux of the problem.
Accuracy - can DC achieve correct answer given enough time ? If so it's just a natter of slowly building speed.
Type of question - does it seem to be a specific type that DC gets right/wrong ?
Approach to learning from mistakes - do you both check correct answer together and work it out ?
Approach to arriving at correct answer - does DC work through each one methodically looking to find correct answer or does DC try to go through them looking for a reason to eliminate ?
Motivation - does DC see the point ?

I would give a thumbs up to Bond 10 min tests although they don't explain solution. Aim to increase correct scores and reduce time. Start with 9 to 10 years for a solid base then move to 11+. by time of DDs 12 + - like lots of DC my child could generally do two within 10 mins.
I thought CGP parent study guide ŵas good for 3d NVR.
