Probability help
We have started doing practice papers at home and found out probability is my ds's weakness. Can anyone please suggest me any material or books to work on it.
Thank you
Thank you
Re: Probability help
Think about some real world examples.
Get some coins and look at probablity of various outcomes. You can use counters (different colours) and other objects - the idea of 'equally likely outcomes' is not easy; sometimes concrete examples help.

Re: Probability help
There is a great section on khanacademy detailing the basics of probability, its an american site but the basics are the same where ever you are. There are posters in the minority who detest this site so be warned. My nephew scored A* at GCSE at age 14 using this resource. Give it a go and see what you think. Good luck
