Is this the registration for the South West Herts consortium? You might stand more chance of getting advice if you re-post in the relevant geographical area rather than in a 'subject', or ask the mods to move your post.

(Apologies if your post actually refers to an organisation providing online testing in English ).

Parmiter's 2016 information says registration opens 5th May and closes 19th June.
