VR help
My DS is preparing for Tiffins & slough schools. In VR he is good at doing codes. But, struggling with other questions in VR. Can someone help me to improve his VR score please..
Thank you!
Thank you!
Re: VR help
Someone else will confirm but I don't think there are codes in Slough now as its CEM.
Practice is the only advice I can offer!

Does Tiffin have verbal reasoning?

Re: VR help
Thanks for your reply scary mom.
In Tiffins admission document I found this
"The Stage One Test will consist of English and Maths questions. All questions will be multiplechoice style. " So, I'm assuming there will be VR questions in English.

Re: VR help
You may be better asking in the Surrey section about Tiffin.
As for Slough I can confirm that it is CEM.

Re: VR help
Post in Surrey, but I would assume Tiffin English would be English and not VR. If so then stop doing codes. That is traditional VR which Slough is not doing and wait for confirmation from Tiffin experts but as it is an English paper I would not expect VR code questions. DG
Re: VR help
Happymom,
I can see your logic in continuing to do VR for the English part but you should only concentrate on the vocabulary part of VR - particularly antonyms and synonyms.
You are wasting valuable time on codes as it is highly unlikely these will come up in either the Maths or English tests.
