For those with DC's starting senior school in September

DS starts SGS in September. Just wondering if anyone was getting their DC's to do any work over the summer?

Nope - definitely not. Going to have a long relaxing Summer. DD1 started SCGSG 3 years ago, spent hours over the Summer doing all the on-line work they had set. When she got there hardly anyone else had done any and mostly the work she had done wasn't acknowledged - odd housepoint here and there.
DD2 going this September - have decided will work hard enough when gets there so can have the Summer off!
