I don't know for sure, but imagine it would be with the offer letter that may (if your dd gets a place) be sent on 21 February. Others may have more info.

Our elder daughter got an exhibition at Channing - to our surprise as we hadn't applied for any bursury anywhere. It was offered in the letter offering her a place at the end of Feb, as was an equally unexpected music bursary at Queens. In the end she (probably stupidly given the appalling expense subsequently!) didn't take it up and went somewhere else. But it did prove you never quite know what to expect.

It seems impossible that she would be offered a music scholarship without you applying for it. Such scholarships are normally only awarded if an application is made. It's bizarre. How would they know she was good at music?
