Review advice for extenuating circumstances

Hello, Firstly, thank-you for all the useful advice on this forum. My child did not reach the required passmark in the recent test, however there are extenuating circumstances which I feel would warrant a review/appeal. Detailing these on the open forum may breach confidentiality. I would really appreciate your advice. Many thanks!

It's really the academic evidence that warrants a review/appeal. Extenuating circumstances are, at best, secondary.
