This is not a new course - it's been around for ages.

The boards are pretty similar - so I'd look at anything available from them.

I don't understand why the school wouldn't issue them - I'll see what I can find.

Any good? [Found by googling]

Guest55 you're an absolute brick! (I love that phrase on Call the Midwife)

My googling is obviously lousy, I don't know how I missed that. Wow I wish DD's school had resources online like that instead of behaving like it's all a state secret!

The latest paper on there seems to be 2013, if anyone has 2014 or 2015 papers I would be very happy to have them for DD, especially as they're supposed to have got harder over the last couple of years haven't they?

Or of course, Guest55, if you can deploy your advanced googling techniques... ;)

When you say the boards are all pretty similar, does it mean the linked pair specifications will essentially cover the same things? Do they generally all get together to design a pilot so DD should be safe using AQA/WJEC papers?

You could check the specifications? I think all boards worked to the same 'brief':

Thanks Guest55.
The Edexcel specification is, like everything else about the linked pair pilot, secure download only on their website.

I found these (by googling!) but not sure if they're up to date. To be honest it's pretty difficult to compare with the AQA documents for a non-Maths specialist, but I'm posting them here in case any other parents have similar maths departments and might find these helpful:
