Godolphin or NHEHS

Post by Vrfamily »

We aren't sure which one to choose for our DD. Any parents with DDs in these schools ?

Where do you live OP? NHEHS has a slightly more local feel, both are good, not much to choose between them so go for the easiest to get to if money is no object. If it is, NHEHS.

Thanks for your reply. We live in W4 so both schools are equally easy to get to.
I was wondering about the attitude/ academic approach etc. of these schools.
Both seem like good options even though G&L is higher up in the league tables.
Any advice will be helpful.
Thanks!

If I remember correctly NHEHS is having a change of head which may impact things. Current head joined about 7 years ago and increased the academic focus. NHEHS has a pool and girls can train to be lifeguards and then work at school which is rather good. Not much to choose between them academically but NHEHS has fewer girls travelling a great distance as its just that bit too far out for central Londoners etc. Both pretty academic from DDs' friends experiences. Nice choice to have and both so near, good luck :) .
