Calderdale Admissions were as efficient as usual, with the email coming through at 1 minute past midnight! DD will be joining DS at Crossley Heath in September. We can relax now it's here in black and white!

Bad news for us, dd was right at the cut off with 389th and didn't get in.

Sorry you didn't get the news you hoped for. If you are right at the cut off you may still be in with a chance of movement from the waiting list.

We will try for reallocation I think as she would have got a place at North Halifax last year with that ranking.

Why didn't you include it on your CAF? You would have saving yourself the stress and still got place at CH off the waiting list.

We did include NHGS the CAF, chose it second place place, below Crossleys and she has been allocated Brooksbank which was our 3rd choice, so 389th hasn't ranked high enough this year for a place at NHGS.

Sorry flamingogogo, it is very busy today and I wasn't keeping up. Check or confirm that you are on waiting list for CH and NH. Are you considering appealing too?

Fingers crossed flamingogogo for reallocation, there is usually some movement from what I've seen on here. When do they let you know?
