Transport ideas from Abbeydale to Marling
We still trying to choose between our good local comp and reconsideration to Marling.
The only transport options we seem to have to Marling are:
1.driving, this is 9 miles each way so 36 miles a day round trip.
2.driving to the public bus stop which is 2 miles away, then 8 miles by public bus (63 or 61)
I couldn't see any transport on the Marling website from our area and we don't know of anyone to car share with.
Any ideas?

This may sound a little harsh, but 2 miles is only a 30 minute walk. It may seem a lot now, but you're still 6 months away. Maybe just one way?
Although with a good local comp...

I live in Hucclecote and know a couple of children who travel to Marling and SHS. I think the parents drive them to the bus stop by the Royal William pub and collect back there at the end of the day....not ideal.
