Close question help needed
Hiya all,
I'm struggling with the cloze questions (specifically the missing letters) with my ds.
He's autistic so is struggling to "see" the sense of the sentence which means he can't work out the words as easily.
Any suggestions for books etc gratefully received.
He's started reading fiction recently though still prefers non-fiction books. He's in yr 4 so it's not a really big problem at the moment but is stopping him from practising / doing the assessments.

Tom Sawyer, Huck Finn, Just William and Treasure Island, great books for boys. He needs to read the whole sentence FIRST in cloze and not stop off at the missing word because at this point he does not know the context of the sentence. DG
