Tiffin Girls - Celebration evening?

Hi All,
In Tiffin girls calender there is an entry for celebration evening for 12th April 2016 "18:00-20:00 Year 6 Celebration Evening"..Believe this is for Year 7 - Sept 2016 entry.

Did any one receive communication regarding this from school? ... Any inputs from parents of Tiffin girls would be appreciated.

I phoned the school just before Easter to ask about this and they said is was an error on their calendar and that there was no event for year 6 on the 12th April.

They also said that they would be writing to us around half term with details of the open day in July.

Has anyone heard anything else? I'm getting impatient with yet more waiting.

We are desperately waiting as well.Apparently the TGS induction day is very good with a homely ambiance(sources- previous years parents).

Came to know today from school that Induction day will be on 6th July.

Good morning all
just a quick update from TGS, so celebration evening is no longer taking place, but instead they will have bbq/picnic on saturday 9th July for new year 7's. Induction day will be 6th July? I hope this information helps some of the parents.
