Do the Appeal Panel see all the Invigilators Log

Was just wondering if anyone knows if the Appeal Panel get to see all the invigilators log or a summary.

In my experience the panel haven't seen the log. The relevant part has been read out in the hearing with diagrams shown if necessary. I'm sure we could have seen it if we asked to in the actual hearing. It was the actual log from the day - not a summary.
