Thank you very much. Got a few results through already. English marks much better than Maths as predicted. DG

Thanks for the heads up. I am challenged by Excel but wonder if any of the Excel wizards out there could rank the results by standardised score - think someone did this last year. I think ds has done v well in maths but not so well in English (which is a bit of a surprise).

I would suspect that descending scores with n/a deleted would be more useful?

Folk have index fingers, and they can exercise them by scrolling down.

In any case, G55, I was on a challenge, and you well know that I can't resist a challenge! I may mosey along later to move the data around.

WOW! Just checked results with my friend. Great, clear & very detailed information this year. I didn't have the 'luxury' of seeing DS's response on individual questions last year. A bit jealous now :)
Good luck to you all.

To be honest I'm impressed that Sutton PTA do keep on trying to improve their product. It certainly reflects well on the school. Obviously they're facing more competition, but most parents who have sat them (often with multiple children) have found them to be a very useful milestone in preparation.

I'd love to know whether there was a way of tracking the relative means in each test to see whether cohorts overall were better prepared each year.

That was quick re; excel rank sheet - thanks!

Yes, the English feedback was particularly useful - it's shown us where we really need to focus so hoping for a better result for Paper B in a few weeks.

What a rollercoaster these mock results have been over the past two weeks and it's not even the real thing!!
