That was amazingly quick! Wasn't the last test yesterday?
Any Excel wizards care to do gender split of scores please?
Ds did better in English this time but worse in maths than A paper. I'm very pleased with his efforts as there was a personal hiccup on the day. Just need to keep the momentum going!

Wasn't expecting this.

Paper A, my daughter was 83% is English, she reduced to 68% in Paper B.

Maths she was a bit better this time !

She will be disappointed to hear the scores.

Hi All,

I am very disappointed. My DD 's overall ranking is above 426. I am really in a panic mode now. Any suggestions from the previous experience? Is he really get their or not?

Sandunip, don't panic. I'm not that technical but look for a previous thread I started enquiring about the correlation between the mock and real scores. Plenty of stories there about children passing with less than stellar mock scores - it's reassuring.

Whoops I just started a separate post about this! My son got a good English mark but only 69% in Maths which I would say is his better subject. He said he didn't have time to go back and check as it was such a short time - 35 mins! Can this happen in the real exam - I assumed it was always 40 or 50 mins ??

Our standardised mark was in the 220s - is this decent??

Was it a harder paper than the A test?

Thanks

My daughter scored 245 in Mock B, slightly higher than in Mock A.

I am wondering if this may just scrape in for HBS school, our first choice.

Any feedback from people with experience in Sutton Mocks and HBS would be great.

ddkx,

Unless HBS have a policy of rejecting students who score in the top 2% it is fair to assume that your daughter will just scrape in.
