WGGS Open Day
Does Watford Girls only have one open day per year? There is one on 10th October so I should take my Year 5 dd if there isn't another one later in the year.

There's only one open evening per year. It's fine to take girls in Y5 or in Y6.

An autumn open day is primarily aimed at yr 5s, or keen parents of yr 4s.
We found that going to open days opened DS's eyes to the reality of senior school and the exams he's have to take to get there.
By Oct of yr 6, obviously the exams have been done. It's worth going for a second time if you're still deciding between schools, but the motivational factor will be irrelevant by then.
