Do you mean trying the 12+, or for a sibling one year younger?
If you mean the 12+ there will still be the same pressure on places. If it is for a sibling then I'm afraid the situation will be fairly similar next year, as there are a similar number of children on the roll.
The only hope would be if they a lot fewer of them live near DCGS!

Sorry Sally-Anne,
Not making myself very clear. dd is oldest and only current year 5 so next to no chance, but she went to look at the school with her dad and they both fell in love with it. we are Chorleywood and I guess we should count our blessings we have good school as our local. Its just dd was so keen we thought we should at least give it a go. We may try berks but distance may be a problem, St bernards is 16 miles!!
