Most likely DS will get admission in KEA.Parents whose children are already going can kindly tell how's the school and is the area safe enough for a child to travel if on some days he has to use public transport instead of green bus.Many Thanks in advance.

Both my DS's attend KEAS.

It's an absolutely fantastic school. I haven't heard about any terrible incidents, it is mostly safe as long as children are mature and keep away from Aston Park in the dark!

My ds is in year 9 at kea

Can't say enough about the school he is turning into the man any parent could hope for!

The school provides such a rounded education any child will thrive there!

The area is not the best!!!

But my son or any other children have never had any problems in or around the school!!

During the open day KEA head teacher told me that they're taking 20 extra students this year. I forgot to ask whether all 20 at KEA alone (that would mean 1 extra whole class at KEA), or are these 20 to be spread between all 5 KE schools.

Anyone else heard this?
