Yet to come over it.
Hello All,
I am yet to come over the excitement that my daughter actually passed all her exams, Got her first choice Newstead wood for Girls, passed Bexley exam and finally passed Kent exam with VR 140, NVR 140 and Maths 125. We are so pleased and she now realised that a little bit of extra work will always make a difference. I thought i was a bit hard on her when she was preparing for all these exams- but I now realised that I did the right thing. She is happy about her achievement and her teachers are pleased and very proud of her.
For all those that didn't get their desired schools, my thoughts are with you and also those that intend to appeal, My prayers are with you.
Faith.

Faith, have you got come down from the clouds yet? It is a good feeling that it is over, I agree.
However I feel very lucky not to be in the position of some families right now. There were a couple of shocks at our school. Children at the same level as my child who didn't pass. They now have the unenviable decision of appealing or accepting the decision.
