Hi MCLC,
My dd found the maths hard! Not holding out for much hope!
At least it's over! How did your dd find it?

Re: Tiffin round 2 today
Hi sleeplessmum,
My DD missed three questions out on the Maths due to time constraints and the fact that she would have had difficulty answering them anyway! She found the papers hard which was expected but preferred the questions in the Tiffin maths paper to the ones in the Sutton. I am not holding out much hope of a place but I'm pleased that she passed the first round.
How many do you think were there today?

Going by previous data I think around 450-500.
My dd thought the maths was on par with Sutton. She finished the paper but said the last few questions were a guess. Plus a few in the middle.....not sure where that leaves us!
I rather not know, the more I hear the more I wish I didnt know! The English was okay.

Yes I am actually quite happy that we won't hear until next March. At least I can remain in that bubble for a while longer before reality kicks in! The more I hear from my DD the more I realise that our chances our slim. I think she was so happy to just have it out of the way that she came out smiling! She enjoyed the English.

Re: Tiffin round 2 today
My DD left the last three questions in Maths as well. She said it was not as tough as Sutton but quite enjoyed the questions posed in this paper. She thought English was ok.
We also reckon around 450-500 sat the test based on the lines this morning.

It's interesting that the Maths is always more difficult than the English.
Re: Tiffin round 2 today
Same feedback from our DD, Maths was tough she left around 5 questions but found English test quite interesting. Fingers crossed!!!

Good luck to all of them! I felt sorry for them hanging around in the rain this morning.
