My DS got in. Wallington was our 3rd preference school though.
But I am happy to accept the offer.

Waiting list question:
My son had only passed Wallington grammer school but not got the place. He didn’t pass Sutton/Wilson. But the Sutton email gave some indication of his standardised score in the first round.
The email said:

60% of his SET English standardised score of 79.05,
60% of his SET Maths standardised score of 104.75,

Do we have anyone here whose son also passed only wallington and managed to get the place. Just want to compare my sons marks with them to gauge his waiting list ranking.

We are outside catchment.

Our Son also got in to Wallington:-) I am not sure if there is any other forum of parents whose kids got admission year, it would be good to have one. We are currently in Hillingdon and will have to move to near by place, any pointers to heatmap of the location where other children come from?

Hi Chakri, My son had also passed Wallington but was not offered the place. (he didn't pass Sutton/Wilson). I am assuming that your son had passed Sutton and Wilson. If not, do you mind sharing the standardised marks he scored in the first round. Sutton email that parents recieved (from SET2018EntryInfo@suttongrammar.sutton.sch.uk) on the 19th October has all the details.

Just want to gauge my son's waiting list number as we have not received any information regarding waiting list number from the school as yet.
