Congratulations! You cant beat the feel good factor of making a child happy.nervousmom wrote:I watched my niece's face when she found out, she was so happy. She's a lovely girl and FW will be perfect for her.Mash1967 wrote:Congratulations to your Niece nervousmom. Must be a relief and now the family can go and enjoy the information giving evening.nervousmom wrote:Niece got her FW place today (Was 50th on waiting list) she will be releasing a Warwickshire place.
She's been teased at school for not knowing which school she's going to (vast majority of kids go to the feeder comp). So now she can enjoy her last couple of months at primary.
I'll still be on the thread as I'm hoping others have good news. Plus my DS2 and nephew will be sitting 11+ in 2 years time, so I need to keep my ear to the ground.
Good luck to those still waiting.

Hi everyone,
Just some info for forum users looking to track waiting list movement in the future....
Daughter scored 231, was 22nd on 26th March for KEFW, and offered on 17th April.
Also, was at position 39 for KECHG, and was eventually offered on 2nd May.
We asked for email confirmation rather than just wait for Royal Mail so we could release the KEFW place asap and in time for the welcome meeting that week. We informed KEFW School itself directly the next day that we were releasing the KEFW place and they offered to the next person on the waiting list the same day I believe.
Thank you to all who contribute to this forum for the info provided and good luck to those still waiting to hear.
Best wishes!

I think my niece got your declined spot. She was offered her place on 3rd may and made it to the meeting that night. So thank you for declining your place so quickly.Minkym wrote:Hi everyone,

Congratulations to your DD, at least we can see good movement at CHG this year too.
As far as I'm aware, my niece at 50th for FW, was the lowest on this forum, so do we know if anyone after 50th has been offered?
