Wallington Mock - What do these results mean?
Hi All,
DDs gender rank is just over 110 and overall rank is in late 220s
What does this mean? Is she doing ok? If this was the real test, does she have enough marks for a OOC place in Wallington girls?
In the coming weeks, we will work on the areas identified by the analysis.
Thanks

Depending on the total number of children who took the test.

That means she is in top 15-20%, which is quite good. I would be very happy with the result if I were you.Exams2018 wrote:616 girls.

Just remember that mock test result only shows how your child compares to the cohort at this moment. There are still three months between now and the SET. So just keep up the good work.

Thanks Bluearrow. Is that good enough for OOC?Bluearrow wrote:That means she is in top 15-20%, which is quite good. I would be very happy with the result if I were you.Exams2018 wrote:616 girls.

I would think so. But it obviously depends on the ratios between OOC applicants and IC applicants each year.Exams2018 wrote:

It was just to calibrate my hopes. We are DIYing, so I feel really insecure at times.

Actually, I think it shows only how your child compares to the cohort who took the mock test, which may be very different to the cohort who take the real thing.Bluearrow wrote:That means she is in top 15-20%, which is quite good.
