Hi cant quite make out the top one because of the smiley.
bottom one is add the outsides then divide by 2
16+30=46 divide by 2 = 23
19+33=52 divide by 2 = 26
26+42=68 divide by 2 =34

Probably the smiley in the top question is covering 48? if it is the answer is,
multiply the outsides by 2 and take away the left from the right.
17x2=34.....50x2=100.......100-34=66
20x2=40.....44x2=88.........88-40=48
35x2=70.....60x2=120.......120-70=50
Hope this helps.
Good luck

you take the smaller figure away from the larger figure then double it.

ie 44-20 = 24
24x2 = 48
