Are there are any UMS marks in GCSEs similar to A-levels?

I am trying to understand the importance of re-marking for border-line, everyone who gets above a certain mark are treated equally irrespective of the RAW marks (especially for higher-grades)?

For ex, if the minimum RAW mark to get grade 9 is 63 (out of 80) then can I assume that everyone who gets between 64 to 80 are treated the same hence the reason why going for re-marking is very important in border-line cases?

There isn't a UMS conversion with the linear exams

4.3.2 Service 2 (Review of marking)

This is a post-results review of the original marking to ensure that the agreed mark scheme has
been applied correctly. It is not a re-marking of the candidate’s script.

The awarding body will have trained its reviewers to conduct reviews of marking accurately and
consistently. Reviewers will not re-mark the script.

The service is available for externally assessed components of both unitised and linear GCE and GCSE specifications

A really important thing to consider is that grade protection on longer applies, so if a review of marking shows that the original marking was too generous, the grade could be revised downwards.

4.6.6 Where there has been a reduction in marks or a downgrade, the request cannot be
revoked and the original mark or grade cannot be reinstated.
