Still waiting for Tiffin stage 1 individual info...

Anyone else still waiting for Tiffin [boys] stage 1 test individual info?

We got the general info e-mail [twice] last Friday [21st September] which said individual info [which session, meeting point etc] would be sent by a separate e-mail, but it wasn't clear when it would be sent.

We do know other parents who got the individual info on the same day.

We are aware that the website FAQ says to contact them if we don't get the individual info by today, so I've sent off an e-mail to the admissions people, but by setting that date, Tiffin folks obviously thought they would definitely get them all out by today...

...so just wondering if anyone else was in the same situation, or should I go round to the school in person? [Admissions voice mail message politely asks caller to hang up].

I had the same problem. I sent an email last Saturday, Monday then again on Tuesday morning. I finally received an email from the school on Tuesday. I recommend you sending an email in the morning when school starts. Hope it get its sorted out quickly x

We received that e-mail on 24th September but did not find it in the Inbox until today after checking.

I got it this morning after a few e-mails and an offer to come in for a face-to-face meeting.

I'm sure they are looking forward to this circus being over as much as we are.

It looks like Tiffin has just resent the individual information e-mails to all candidates and an apology for some IT issues that they were having.
