Progress and attainment at 11-16 And 16-18 Birmingham

Post by Rooroo »

Hi there.

Being in a fortunate position with DS score I have finally felt able to really look into the schools (still awaiting QMGS). It seems that camp hill boys is the only one well above average at 11-16 And at 16-18 all the others fall below average. This seems slightly concerning to me. Can anyone shed any light on this please?

Thank you

Which data/info are you using to calculate this? Is it recent data?

All the grammars have excellent attainment scores.

Can you link to exactly what you are looking at and the names of the schools?

FW most specifically. 11-16 was above average (only CHB was well above average) but 16-18 it shows as below average.

There's nothing there below average - which data concerns you?

One year's data and 2017 at that .... and you linked to KS4.

This value is not significant - stop worrying, your child will not be taking A levels for many years.
