If so, then usually they hand in the letters to the Royal Mail delivery office in the morning for sorting. Often, local postman do deliver same day, if they have not left for the rounds already.

Have you already spoken to your regular Postie? Does he or she knows you are waiting for the results? As many moons back when we were waiting, our postman brought the letter same day.

My postie has just been. No results letter today. Another day of waiting

A friend of mine spoke to Trafford Council and then one of the schools in the consortium. They both gave the same answer.

The letters will be posted today second class. Most people will get their envelopes on Saturday with a very few tomorrow according to the local postman.

Nothing here either not that I really thought there would be. Why does my postie have to come so late though! It’s torture!

I just wanted to stick my head in and say ‘good luck’. Last year it was my fourth and last time (arguably the most stressful) and I was geared up for an anxious few days but they came early. It feels like forever.
