Buck GL 2019 Mathematics section - what type of questions
Hi all,
Sorry if this question has been asked before.
Will children only be tested on short math questions in the Buck GL exam?
Thanks
Kaka

Welcome to the forum.
Take a look at the GL familiarisation papers to get an idea of the types that would appear.

Re: Buck GL 2019 Mathematics section - what type of question
Hi, can I ask if these sample papers just give a guide to the type of question asked, or do they show the level/difficulty as well?
I.e. are these links to papers that are simpler than the real thing or of equal complexity?
Thanks.

They look a lot easier than the ones my son was practising tbh. The last link from bcc looked like the familiarisation booklet we got given in july last year but the examples have changed and they "seem" easier. That said, they are tested on year 5 curriculum not year 6. I'm sure someone will be along soon to confirm though.
