Bus to Pate's from Nailsworth/Stroud
Sorry not strictly 11 Plus related but has anyone seen the crazy price hike for the Denwells coach from Nailsworth area to Pate's for the start of the next school year? It has gone up by about 30% - and it was expensive to start with!
We have suffered paying it for the past few years but now, with 2 children at Pate's, it will be £3720 a year for both of them.
I'm thinking there must be a cheaper way!

I guess move house 
We were in a similar position a couple of years ago with three children needing transport to school. Ours was a journey to 2 schools both just across town and their school bus would have cost us £2000 per year. I drive them myself as it is so much cheaper. Are any other bus services available or is there enough demand to contact a bus company (ie. John Dix) to start a new service?

It has been sorted now. The alternative bus company on the route, which was full, have added another bus and taken up the slack.
