Please may ask those who have the experience: do CSSE and CCHS (CEM) provide clocks in the exam room to enable children to keep track of time during the exam? I’m aware that both CSSE and CCHS don’t allow smart watches such as Fitbit (so quite a few disappointed children I imagine)! I guess it’s probably advisable for a child to wear an analogue watch during the exam in any case.

Definitely an analogue watch. My DD said they got a ten minute warning but it’s important your Dc can read an analogue watch so they can keep track of time.
I found the best way to ‘train’ DD for this was cooking! A roast dinner is perfect as it involves lots of different timings in one meal!

Thanks LeighMum. Much appreciated. After my post yesterday, read a few other threads advising that a number of schools and universities have now banned students wearing watches during exams. Interesting that CCHS and CSSE still allow analogue watches.
