Sixth Form - QE boys, ST.Paul's, MTS
is there Sixth Form Entry for these schools if a child is in the state school?

Have you looked at the school web sites? It will be under "Admissions"? I don't believe QE (which is a state school anyway) takes any more pupils in 6th form, but check the website (it reduces the number from year 11 to year 12).

I notice from your other posts that your DC is still fairly young, I really wouldn't worry about 6th form just yet, things and children have a tendency to change a lot in the first 5 years of secondary school!
Concentrate on moving from primary to secondary and don't worry about 6th form entry - one step at a time.
