Wallington/Nonsuch applicants for 2020 entry.

Post by Mum_Cam »

A thread so there is support as we go through the same thing. A place to discuss the first test, second test, waiting lists, offers, etc

Good luck everyone and hope your DDs get the school of their choice.

Just a gentle reminder not to discuss details of the test, (including content, question types, number of questions and timings etc) as there may be late sitters.

Feels tough waiting for 11+ results ahead of potential second stage so soon after.

One would assume multiple choice exams such as that could produce results sooner (today at latest)

I agree, the boys have an extra week too. We are having a break until Tuesday. Don’t want to put too much pressure on DD.

Also agree! Although my issue is more down to my own impatience! DD has Newstead on Friday so we've been doing bits for that. I hope she gets good news about stage 2.

The results for girls came after lunch for the last couple of years (if I remember it correctly :) ).

Girls were later than boys last year (based on evidence from this forum!). I think from 12. Waiting VERY impatiently.

That is a long time to wait!

And the longer it goes on the more negative I feel!
