KS2 Results 2008

Post by DD97 »

Hi,

does anyone know when we will receive results. I have been told it is usually around 8/9th July, but there have been problems this year which might cause a delay.

If they are not received by the end of term will the school post to us?

Thank you.

When the level thresholds are published that will give us some idea how far behind schedule they are - I will post when I find them.

That's interesting as not all papers are marked yet ...

Hi - just looked at the thresholds - pretty similar to usual! Would much appreciate your post if you have any further news regarding dates.

Thank you

We got our reports today which suggests to me that the SATs results won't be arriving any time soon. I expect they'll be busting a gut to get them out before 18th July though!

Our school reports included teacher assessment levels, which I consider to be a better indicator of child's level of working.

Having said this, they'll probably arrive tomorrow and I'll look a right charlie

No offence meant to any Charlies.

Nice to know they are consistent

Yr 6 kids all over have to sit them on the same days, yet the results appear to be fed back in dribs and drabs.

Hope they get rid of the new agency administering these, they appear to have made a complete mess of it all!

In our weekly newsletter last Friday, the head said that they were still waiting for the results which wouldn't be long and the reports for year 6 would be out as soon as she received the results....still waiting......!
