Question about scholarships?

Post by Cocomama »

Hi
I apologise in advance if this is a strange question
In previous years- Has anyone received an offer from the girls consortium with a scholarship and if so how much of a scholarship do they offer. ? Just trying to get an idea of how much they offer and do the scholarships differ from school to school in the consortium. Many thanks

If you mean the London 11+ Consortium, the details of the level of scholarships awarded are in under the Admissions tab for the individual schools.
http://london11plus.co.uk/

e.g. Francis Holland Regents Park:
Year 7: 11+ Academic Scholarships are available to the value of 5% of fees.

And Channing:
Whilst the school is committed to ensuring that financial awards are increasingly made on the basis of financial circumstances, the Headmistress also has the discretion to make financial awards of up to 10% of tuition fees on entry to the Senior School or at any point during a pupil’s career at Channing should she consider it appropriate. All applicants who sit the entrance examination are automatically considered for an Academic Scholarship. You do not need to make a separate application
