Please, help with the questions below:
6(100)18 5(132)28 4(...)21
21(30)1 20(11)10 16(...)12
Thanks,

The first series is multiply the numbers either side of the brackets then subtract 8 each time.
(6 x 18 ) - 8
(5 x 28 ) - 8
etc
so (4 x 21) - 8 = 76
have not looked at the next one yet.

Right, the next one is subtract the number to the right of the bracket from the number to the left of the bracket then add 1.
So (16 - 12) + 1 = 5
EDIT: Ignore this, I am wrong!!

your logic is good, but what about first group 21-1+1...is not 30..

Hi aotearoa
As for 6(100)18 5(132)28 4(...)21
16 X 8 = 108
108 - 8 = 100
28 X 5 = 140
140 - 8 = 132
So 21 X 4 = 84
and 84 - 8 = 76
I'll have a look at the 2nd one and see if I can work it out.
Thanks
Sati

sorry, is one mistake:
there is 2 instead of 12, in last group of the series
so, is:
21(30)1 20(11)10 16(...)2
sorry
is hard, anyway...

That makes sense
(21/1) + 9 = 30
(20/10) + 9 = 11
(16/2) + 9 = 17
