Watch -simple digital OR analogue?
I tried to do a Search for this question, but i couldn’t find something solid.
Traditionally what watch are the kids allowed for the test?
Obviously no smart watches, Fitbits , and watches with calculators.
I asked my child to take her analogue,
but she prefers a simple digital that just shows time.
Any experiences on this?
TIA

Re: Watch -simple digital OR analogue?
Different schools have different rules.
I think most do not allow digital watches as staff do not have time to check they are simple digital watches without alarms, etc.
So e don’t allow watches at all.
It’s best to check directly with the school. They usually put this info in their test day details.
In any case I’d prep her for accepting that a digital one won’t be allowed.

Get her used to an analogue watch.
Surely she is used to clocks in school. She has years more of that, seven at school and potentially three or four more years at uni. DG

My DD’s go to Parmiter's and all allowed watches, i.e. not smart ones, must be removed from wrist and placed on table in front of them during exams.
