It's early here!!

Post by Snowdrops »

I can't believe after all this time that we only have 8 (yes, EIGHT) days left till we start.

Familiarisation test on Tuesday 12th (that's a week tomorrow - EEEK) followed by the actual exams on 12th and 16th September.

I shall be soooooo glad when this is over.

DD got a bit jaded over the summer so I volunteered to do everything she did with regards to revision and test papers - it's amazing how you think it's easy till you actually do it. Timing was a struggle for me (especially NVR under pressure!!). Humiliation was the order of the day as she consistently beat me AND finished waaaaaaay ahead of me. But it's nice to know I could pass the 11+ - I never did when it was for real!!

Oh well, off to do another test paper

Annie

EDIT: Oh Dear - the title should say NEARLY!!!!!!! So much for checking your work!!

All the best Snowdrop - I've got my toes crossed for you and DD.

Doesn't seem a year since we were doing this - few days back at school and into exam mode ASAP - nice to get it over with quickly though!

Cheers for the good wishes Herman - it's amazing how the time flies isn't it?

Good luck to everyone else at this time too :)
