GL Bucks - Jumbled sentence with rogue word
Just wondering whether anyone knows if jumbled sentences with rogue words appear in the GL Bucks exams please? CGP Study/Practice books include mixed up sentences where 2 words are swapped but not jumbled sentences. Thanks.

I think you ought to assume that anything can appear, even if they don't appear in the Bucks familiarisation examples.

Edited by Moderator to remove details of exam content as papers may be used for late sitters over the next few months ..
So as PP said, we just have to assume anything would appear... - this is for next year students..

Jumbled sentences with an extra out-of-place-word you have to identify was seen in CEM preparation as it came up pretty much every year, but now neither Bucks nor Slough offer CEM style.
However, it is wise to have a bit of perparation for unexpected question types as GL could put it in in future.
(I did not have a DC sitting this year so offer no information pertIning to this year’s paper at all. but it’s generallt sensible to prep the children to expect off-prepared question types and just do their best and keep to the usual strategy of try-don’t get bogged down-guess-move on)
