This years 11+
Just wondered if anyone could answer my question, was the questions and format of this years eleven plus different from former years and the nfer practice papers and is it true that 11000 children took this exam thanks

In 2007, 4058 children took the test and 1237 were deemed selective (30%).
There were 814 places available.
So I am not sure who gave you the 11000 figure but it is nonsense.
I suspect there may have been more children who took the test this year as it was only the two exams. At a guess no more than 4500.
